Bryan Kroten
Although not always a thrillseeker by nature, you’d never know it by looking at Bryan Kroten’s resume, which includes 180 mile-per-hour spins around the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, helping found a successful Las Vegas entertainment business and flying with film crews in a helicopter hundreds of miles above the Grand Canyon.
For more than seven years, Kroten has conceptualized and implemented marketing and branding strategies for Maverick Aviation Group, the Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii-based parent company of Maverick Helicopters, Mustang Helicopters and Maverick Airlines. In 2015, Kroten lead the strategic direction for promotion and marketing plans for Maverick Helicopters’ multi-million dollar expansion at its Las Vegas headquarters and brand new Maui, Hawaii location.
Kroten also maintains and enhances Maverick Aviation Group’s brand awareness as the unmatched tourism-based helicopter and airplanes operations, flying approximately 250,000 patrons per year and operating the largest and youngest fleet of Airbus EC130 ECO-Star aircraft in the world.
Outside of his career, Kroten maintains an influential role within multiple organizations across Las Vegas. He currently serves as the treasurer and sits on the chairman’s club for the Las Vegas Hospitality Association (LVHA), the premier hospitality organization in Southern Nevada. In 2012, he was the president of LVHA and helped raise more than $100,000 for educational scholarships.
Kroten is also on the board of directors for Andson, Inc., a nonprofit organization whose mission is to educate, inform and inspire children and young adults through innovative academic, financial literacy and mentoring programs.
Kroten’s past involvement includes being an active member of Meeting Professionals International and the Society of Incentive Travel Executives, as well as being a board member for Speedway Children’s Charities for eight years.
Prior to his work with Maverick Aviation Group, Kroten held jobs at USA Hosts and Richard Petty Driving Experience. He was also a founding member of Pole Position Raceway, Las Vegas’ premier indoor karting track, and is a graduate of Western Illinois University.
In 2014, Kroten received one of the biggest honors of his career when he was added to VEGAS INC’s 40 Under 40 list as one of the top professionals in Las Vegas.
